Fernando De Leon is the Founder and CEO of Leon Capital Group, a diversified investment firm with approximately $3 billion in assets. Mr. De Leon launched Leon Healthcare Partners to support healthcare entrepreneurs who seek to provide the best patient care while scaling their businesses.
Mr. De Leon began his career as an analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co in New York. Mr. De Leon received a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Harvard University, where he was a Hoover Foundation Scholar and National Coca Cola Scholar. He serves on the board of many of the company’s portfolio companies, as well as the Harvard Interviewing Committee and the Dallas Assembly.

Hunter Dallas is one of the founding Partners of Leon Healthcare Partners and serves as Managing Director for the Private Equity division at Leon Capital Group. Hunter is responsible for sourcing platform acquisitions, transaction structuring, strategy execution at the board level, and working with operating partners to drive organic and inorganic growth within portfolio companies.
Prior to Leon Capital, Hunter was at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the financing group within the Investment Banking Division and started his career at Caterpillar Financial in their finance leadership development program.
Hunter received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University.

Joshua Canafax is one of the founding Partners of Leon Healthcare Partners and serves as Chief Investment Officer of Leon Capital Group, where he serves on the firm’s Investment Committee and is responsible for the establishment and oversight of the strategic direction and capitalization of each investment platform.
Since joining Leon Capital Group, Mr. Canafax has been involved in over $4 billion of investments across the U.S. and Europe.
Mr. Canafax supports healthcare portfolio company CFOs implement best in class controls and strategic financial initiatives.
Mr. Canafax received a Masters from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and graduated summa cum laude from Midwestern State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration double major in Finance and Accounting.
